July 12, 2016: NEW SERVICE OFFERING AS OF AUGUST 1, 2016 - After much consideration and many requests for the service, Constable HR will be adding professional coaching to its list of offerings as of August 1, 2016.
Quality is always one of our key focuses and, to that end, we will continuously seeking out new methods and best practices to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our Clients. Initially, Hilary, our Principal Consultant, will be providing this service.
Hilary's approach to coaching will be based on two keys points.
July 5, 2016: CONSTABLE HR IS IN THE NEWS - Recently, Workforce magazine featured our Principal Consultant, Hilary Constable, in an article about the Society for Human Resource Management's Annual Conference. Just by chance, Hilary was working at a table next to an interview about the two HR certification systems currently offered - one by the Human Resource Certification Institute (the original HR certification) and the other by the Society for Human Resource Management (launched in 2015). During the next few days, we’ll be meeting as many new people as possible and learning everything we can. This is our first opportunity to attend this conference and we’re ready to make the most of it! June 7, 2016: WE'VE MOVED! After much research and evaluation, Constable HR has made the nearly cross-country move from Roanoke, VA to Denver, CO. So far, we’ve found our new home to be very welcoming and bursting at the seams with innovation, energy, and great resources for small business owners. In addition to developing a new Client base, we look forward to contributing to and supporting the already thriving Denver business community. We’re looking for ways to get involved. If you know of opportunities to participate in advisory boards, collaboration activities and related events, we’d love to hear from you.
You may also be aware of our mission to volunteer in the local community, especially in ways that will benefit education (e.g. the FIRST Chesapeake competition we volunteered for a few months ago) and the fight against hunger (noted in the footer on every page). June 6, 2016: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, Hilary, for completing Villanova University’s Six Sigma Black Belt course two weeks early! Next, Hilary will be looking for opportunities to apply this education in real world projects as she works toward the Black Belt certification through the American Society of Quality. She has process improvement experience from previous roles and would be a great asset to your team!
